I help individuals, couples, and families make sense of the emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — often rooted in trauma, early experiences, and unhealed wounds. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate, and honest approach to therapy that supports real and lasting change.
As a Registered Psychologist and the Clinical Director of Allegro Counselling in Edmonton, Alberta, I offer virtual therapy to clients across the province. My work integrates psychodynamic therapy, inner child and shadow work, EMDR, energy psychology, and mindfulness to help uncover the deeper roots of emotional pain and relational struggles. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface — not to dwell in the past, but to understand it well enough to create something different moving forward.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy or quick fixes. Healing requires insight, courage, and practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re navigating PTSD or complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, narcissistic abuse, parenting challenges, or relationship difficulties, my focus is on helping you build clarity, resilience, and self-trust. I work with adults, teens, and children ages 6 and up, offering individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive and collaborative space.
I’ve witnessed meaningful transformation when people feel truly seen, informed, and empowered in their healing. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and grounded in psychoeducation — so you leave sessions not only feeling understood, but equipped. If you’re ready to engage in the work with openness and intention, I’ll walk alongside you as you move toward greater emotional balance, healthier relationships, and lasting growth.
