What options are available?
We offer contract opportunities for practicum students, pre-registration as well as fully registered professionals in the field of psychology, counselling and social work.
What modalities does Allegro specialize in?
The most common counselling modalities to learn from at Allegro are CBT, DBT, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based therapies, humanistic, psychodynamic and internal family systems therapy.
Do you provide supervision only or paid contract work?
Students in practicum are not paid, and remain under supervision until they have their own licensure, however after that typically we offer a fee split based on your level of experience and KPI’s.
What are KPI's?
KPI’s (key performance indicators) monitor the clinicians ability to provide quality services to each client. This is monitored and reviewed weekly.
Do I need previous experience?
No, you are provided with complete training to be a clinician in private practice. You must however be in practicum or registered with a governing body.
