Claire has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, a background in behaviour management and plans to become a counsellor one day. As our social media and HR manager, she combines her passions of education and mental health to create informational posts for Allegro. She aims to promote understanding of different mental health disorders, therapy processes and provide useful tips for all ages. Claire also assists in the hiring process, ensuring onboarding goes smoothly.

Outside of this role, Claire is an academic coach for many neurodivergent individuals. She enjoys researching psychology-related topics in her spare time, staying on top of the most recent breakthroughs and news. She firmly believes in the power of therapy and the worth of self-improvement, and always encourages those seeking help.
