Couples Counselling

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while reconnecting with their strengths, processing pain, and celebrating growth. I believe that no one is meant to walk through life alone, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing, hope, and meaningful change are possible—even in difficult circumstances.
I value each client’s unique story and approach therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we explore the experiences and patterns shaping your life, so you can move toward the changes you want with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. My approach is compassionate, flexible, and grounded in authenticity, cultural awareness, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
I work with a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, parenting challenges, attachment styles, relationship issues (including couples and families), faith and spirituality, and experiences of spiritual hurt or abuse. I also have experience supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and am committed to fostering cultural humility, understanding, and safety in every session.
To meet each client’s unique needs, I draw from an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. This allows me to tailor sessions to your goals, values, and circumstances, helping you feel empowered and supported throughout your journey.
Before entering counselling, I worked in non-profit settings providing pastoral and supportive care, and I hold a Bachelor of Ministry in Intercultural Studies. These experiences deepened my passion for exploring identity and belief, understanding cultural experiences, and walking alongside clients with care, integrity, and respect. I feel privileged to support clients as they move toward healing, resilience, and the life they truly desire.
