I help people navigate life experiences that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, unsettled, or disconnected from yourself or others. My approach is client-centred and research-informed, and I work collaboratively with you to create a clear, meaningful pathway toward change that fits your goals, values, and pace. I often draw from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

I believe healing happens in relationship. Therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard and understood. We will build a space that is grounded in warmth, compassion, and trust. My work is guided by research-informed practices and a deep respect for the whole person in front of me, including the parts of your story that may feel complicated, tender, or hard to name.

For more than 25 years, I have worked as a Registered Nurse in Labour and Delivery supporting birthing people and families across British Columbia and Alberta. Being an RN has shaped how I show up with others: calm in high-stress moments, attuned to safety and pacing, and able to hold complex emotions without judgment. I have had the privilege of co-creating trauma-informed
birthing spaces, and I bring that same care into the therapy room; helping you feel supported as you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater balance and connection in your life.

Areas of clinical interest include: reproductive and fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, perinatal loss and bereavement, and birth or medical trauma. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, relationship concerns, identity transitions, and workplace stress.

Integrity at our core. Compassion in our care. Excellence in every step.
