I also integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). This combination of tools helps me tailor each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals, giving you practical strategies alongside deeper insight.

Before becoming a mental health therapist, I worked in social work, supporting individuals and families in both clinical and community settings. These experiences strengthened my belief that, no matter how difficult life feels, there is always space for growth, healing, and new possibilities. I feel honoured to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward self-discovery, resilience, and a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.
