While a great question, this depends on what the tests are for. General times are approximately:

• Around 1 hour for general screening of anxiety/mood disorders
• Personality patterns are more complex, and tests can take 2-4 hours.
• Cognitive and learning abilities range from 2-6 hours
• Autism evaluations can take up to 8 hours

What Are the Results Like?

Results are typically given in the form of an extensive report, outlining findings and what they mean. It usually takes around 3 weeks to complete. The clinician will then debrief the results, to ensure full understanding.
